Payment Options

Back 2 Health Chiropractic will file your insurance for you. Deductibles and co-pays are due at the time of service. Most insurance company's cover chiropractic exams, x-rays and adjustments but coverage varies so you need to check your policy handbook, or call and we will check for you. If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident or injured at your workplace, you have coverage at any chiropractor's office regardless of your HMO health plan. If you are a Medicare patient, this office does "accept assignment" from Medicare. We will file it for you and also your supplement/secondary insurance. If you don't have insurance, payments may be made by cash, check, credit or debit cards. There is a substantial discount for payment at the time of service. Hardship cases may be discussed with Dr. Anderson.
